Summer Camp Refund/Cancellation Policy: If notice is 14 days or more, the participant may opt to receive the following
- A credit of 85% of the amount paid to their Ridge Activity Center account (not towards Ridge Christian Academy fees/tuition)
- A refund of 75% of the amount paid to the original payment
Not attending the program/event/class does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When enrolled the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing regardless of whether the participant attends.
Participants must submit their cancellation requests in writing via email:
For participants enrolled at The Ridge Christian Academy (ages 3-5), email tlandes@rca.school
For participants enrolled at The Ridge Activity Center (ages 5 – 14), email eileen@theridge.fun
Include the following information:
- Parent name
- Student name
- Order ID and week you would like to cancel
