PARTIES AND EVENT PACKAGES

What comes in my birthday package?

○ One hour of playtime of your activity of choice.
○ An exclusive private party room for the duration of your event. This
includes a complimentary 30 minute set up time.
○ Pizzas for the amount of guests you would like to feed. You may add
additional food items from our party menu.
○ Beverages of your choice. (Apple juice, Milk, refillable soda) You may also
purchase a $5 refillable pitcher of water for additional guests.
○ Complimentary plates, utensils and napkins.
○ Your itinerary will be an hour of playtime and an hour back in your room
for pizza and cake

What is the typical schedule for an event?

○ You will have a 30 minute check in prior to your start time to allow for set
up. You will then have an hour of playtime and another hour back in your
room for pizza and your celebratory dessert. You will have your party
room for the full 2.5 hours. You may choose to switch your times to allow
eating first and then playtime.

What is the difference between the party packages online and a custom
party package created by emailing kaity@theridge.fun?

○ Party packages found online during the weekdays are at a discounted
rate and can not be modified or combined. Party packages created
through a custom quote sent to your email have more options between
the number of guests, room size, food quantity and much more. A custom
party package is also adjustable up to 5 days prior to your event.

What is the process of reserving an event online?

○ Parties and Events → Party Packages → Select the activity and package
you would like → Select your date and time → Complete deposit request
→ Receive “Final Detail Email” within 48 hours with additional information
regarding your event → Receive and return policy and guidelines
document with a signature → Receive detailed phone call from party host
reviewing over all details for event → Celebrate!

What is the process of reserving a custom party package?

○ Send an email of interest to kaity@theridge.fun → Receive and finalize
your custom quote → Lock in your date and time by making 50% deposit
→ Finalize event details and return policy and guidelines document →
Receive confirmation phone call to review over event → Celebrate!

Can I have one hour of the party room and one hour of playtime?

○ We require all of our events to have their party room for the duration of
the event. This is mandatory to allow our events to have a place to store
their decorations, gifts, desserts, personal belongings and allow for food
set up.

 

Can we do more than one activity for our event?

○ Absolutely! You may add multiple activities for your event however, we do
require all of our events to have their party room for the duration of the
event.

Can I bring in outside food?

○ We do not allow any outside food or beverages other than a celebratory
dessert.

Can I bring in a cake or cupcakes and can you store it in your fridge?

○ You may bring in a celebratory dessert of your choice. We are
unfortunately unable to store any desserts in our kitchen due to sanitary
reasons.

Can I add more food the day of the event?

○ You will have up to 48 hours prior to the event to lock in your food order
from our party menu. Our restaurant is open during normal business
hours however, they serve individual menu items and timing of food
delivery is subject to waiting times in the restaurant.

Can I decorate for my event?

○ You may bring in decorations for events as long as they fall under our
specific guidelines which can be found under our policy and guidelines
document. *No helium balloons or any form of confetti is allowed**

What if some guests do not show up?

○ If you have purchased an online party package it comes at a discounted
rate therefore it can not be modified or adjusted. If you have received a
custom party package you will have up to 5 days prior to your event to
lower the amount of guests.

What happens if I need to cancel?

○ You will have up to 5 days prior to your event to receive a refund.
Anything after the 5 days you can reschedule your event or receive a
credit to your account that can be used towards food and or activities
offered under The Ridge at any time (credit doesn’t expire).
