Depending on the day and time this place can get extremely busy and wish they could limit more the amount in. Service has always been great. Food can sometimes be hit or miss as again depends on how many people are there. We did experience not being able to order pizza because they ran out of dough/were behind quite a bit. More recently we attended a birthday and pizza sauce seemed overly spicy to the point most kids, including mine didn't eat because of it. Not sure if it was an off day or what. Super fun play area, very clean, and enough to keep the kids busy so that I can sip my Ridge Coffee in peace for a bit :)
